Shipping Policy

Age Requirement

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order.

  • An adult signature (21+) with a VALID ID is required upon delivery.

  • Adult signature CANNOT be waived.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local and state alcohol laws.

  • Customers must be at least 21 years of age and available at the shipping address to sign for and receive the package with a VALID ID 

  • Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.


Order Processing

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 1–3 business days, regardless** of the shipping method** selected.

  • Orders placed after business hours on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons

  •  If the item is not currently in stock, delivery may be delayed.

  • We do NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or carrier hold locations

  • If a customer places an order to be shipped to any of these locations, the order will be delayed as we will need to contact the customer for an alternative address. 

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages from our warehouses in California, New York, and or Texas.

  • Customers will receive email and/or text notifications for all shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to track and monitor delivery status for all shipments since there may be multiple packages in their order. 

  • Remedy Liquor CANNOT guarantee any delivery dates or times. 

  • There are NO cancellations or modifications once a shipping label is made. 


Shipping Options

  • We offer:

    • Ground

    • 2-Day Air

    • Next Day Air

  • Estimated transit time for Ground shipping is 2–5 business days.

  • Expedited shipments (2-Day and Next Day) are shipped AFTER the processing time. The chosen expedited shipping method ONLY applies to the SHIPPING transit not the processing time. 

  • Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any possible carrier delays.

  • Remedy Liquor is not in control of when or what time the delivery occurs. 

  • Because an adult signature is required and cannot be waived, we recommend shipping to an address that the customer will be available to sign at ALL times during the day to help avoid missed deliveries.



Shipping Address Policy

  • Once an order has shipped, the shipping address CANNOT be changed due to alcohol regulations.

  • We do not control the delivery time or date selected by the carrier.
    Please ensure the delivery address has someone 21+ with a valid ID available.

  • Please be advised by putting your package on hold with the carrier, it will cause delays, additional chances of damage and a high possibility of the package being returned to sender. Due to these reasons, any Package Protection purchased on the order will be voided

  • Our customer service team will respond within 24–48 business hours.

  • Please do not contact our retail locations as they do not have any information regarding shipping orders. 

  • Constant emails and new email threads will cause your email to be lost. Please be patient as our team gets back to your inquiry.
