Balblair 18 Year Old is a beautifully matured Highland single malt that showcases the distillery’s commitment to traditional whisky-making. Initially aged in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in first-fill Spanish oak sherry casks, this expression develops a luxurious depth, blending rich fruit, spice, and oak.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nose: Dried apricots, honeyed malt, dark chocolate, and gentle cinnamon spice, with hints of toasted oak and orange peel.

  • Palate: Full-bodied and silky, offering notes of toffee, raisins, baked apples, and vanilla, balanced by warming spice and rich oak.
