A champagne made only from black grapes: Pinot Noir, the most expressive varietal of our region. The blend is made up of two or even three harvests, which gives it the quality and consistency for which it is renowned.

Made from a selection of wines from several years' Pinot Noir harvests, this champagne is powerful and generous. It is yellow gold in color. Its nose is seductive with hints of hawthorn, apple and strawberry compote. In the mouth it is a mixture of liveliness and vinosity, very fruity, with a finish of peaches.
