This Single Cask bottling was fully matured in a Pedro Ximénez Sherry hogshead for over seven years. Over the years, the Sherry-soaked Oak has added layers of rich sweetness to the classic citrus and peat smoke character typical of Kilchoman.
Nose: BBQ sweetness, salty peat smoke, and light citrus sweetness.
Palate: Mixed spices with layers of cooked fruits, berry jam, and ashy peat smoke.
Finish: Rounded with waves of richness and smoke.
