On the nose, a smokiness with charcoal and fragrant peat, backed by a clean fresh base note of sea air and mineral scents. The taste is sweet to start, then a lemony acidity and light sea salt add freshness, ending with a salty-smoky intensity. This medium-bodied spirit has a long, peat-smoke finish.
