For more than 2 yeas, Plantaion Rum Master Blender Alexandre Gabriel has explored the world of rum and its various terroirs in search of traditional production methods. For this one-time limited edition, he travelled across the world to Fiji, where he handpicked just 25 casks at Rum Co. of Fiji Distillery.

In Plantation Run's signature double ageing technique, this unique expression is aged 10 years in Fiji, then shipped by sea to the south-west of France, where it matured another 3 years in French oak Ferrand casks.

Distilled 100% in a pot still, this Fiji 2009 offers a particularly rich aromatic profile, heavier than traditional Fijian rums that blend both column and pot still distillates. An exquisite edition showcasing the exceptional savoir-faire of the distillery.
