Aged for 3 months in white oak barrels, it retains the natural essence of agave with added depth. Enjoy its smooth vanilla and spice notes, complemented by hints of cinnamon and orange blossom.

APPEARANCE

Bright, transparent, golden color with a coffee tone.

NOSE

Complex, at first glance notes of cooked agave, fruity, vanilla, cinnamon, orange blossom and oak. Light notes of cherry, apple, banana, orange, chocolate, clove and floral.

PALATE

Smooth and well-rounded, dominated by the intense flavor of cooked agave. Fruity, and sweet, spicy notes of honey, vanilla, cinnamon, orange blossom, and oak add depth. Intermediate hints of cherry, apple, banana, orange, caramel, chocolate, clove, jasmine, raw agave, anise, eucalyptus, and mint enhance the complexity. Delicate traces of melon, citrus, lime, roses, bay leaf, and oregano provide a fresh, elegant finish.
