Adriatico represents a new generation of Amaretto liqueur. Produced from 100% natural Italian ingredients, including almonds from Puglia. Hand-picked in the Pugliese countryside, the almonds are roasted slowly before being macerated and distilled, then blended with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa and a hint of coffee. Finally, a pinch of salt straight from the Margherita di Savoia saltworks adds a delicate touch, conjuring up the nearby Adriatic Sea. The result is an Amaretto that is less sweet than other liqueurs in the same category, with a nice floral touch.
