Tom Stevenson (Christie's World Encyclopedia of Champagne & Sparkling Wine): "This family estate with roots back to 1724 is run today by Hubert Laugner. They cultivate 12 hectares and make three Crémants in addition to still wines. Here the Rosé is the favourite. The non-malo winemaking combined with a richer dosage, 9g/l, makes the balance work well. Bright Pinot fruit, lovely linearity and delicacy of fragrant aromatics, this should be enjoyed while young and zesty. (2014)"
