Balcones Baby Blue is the first Texas whisky made from roasted blue corn, delivering a rich and flavorful expression that pays homage to traditional corn whiskies while showcasing the distillery’s signature craftsmanship. This small-batch whisky is aged in oak barrels, allowing the bold, nutty, and buttery character of the blue corn to shine through.
