The Three Pacts

Pact No. 10 (2024) – Cabernet Franc & Merlot Cask Finish

Celebrating the milestone tenth release, Pact No. 10 features a double finish in Cabernet Franc and Merlot wine casks. Cabernet Franc contributes notes of tart raspberry and black pepper, while Merlot introduces layers of red stone fruit, vanilla, cocoa, and oak, creating a rich and balanced expression.

Pact No. 11 (2025) – Añejo Tequila Barrel Finish

Pact No. 11 explores a distinctive finishing approach using Añejo tequila barrels. The result is a layered bourbon that combines notes of cherry and dark chocolate with the familiar warmth of vanilla and oak.

Pact No. 12 (2026) – Montepulciano & Sangiovese Cask Finish

The newest release in the trilogy draws inspiration from two renowned Italian red wine varieties, Montepulciano and Sangiovese. Finished in these wine casks, Pact No. 12 develops a profile of ripe red fruit complemented by structured oak spice, adding depth and complexity to the bourbon.
