Booker's The Reserves is a celebration of Freddie Noe's granddaddy, Booker Noe's, contributions to the bourbon world. In Freddie's words, "It's the kind of bourbon I believe my granddaddy would be making, if he were still here with us now." In many ways, The Reserves is the same bourbon you know and love -- always uncut and unfiltered -- just as Booker envisioned when he created his Small Batch Bourbon Collection and changed the world of whiskey for good. But in other ways, The Reserves is something new. Freddie Noe has taken his grandaddy's Booker's and put it on a path to the future -- expanding its flavor profile to explore more complex batches. Freddie searches high and low across our campuses, handpicking the most exceptional liquid in our rackhouses.
