Maestro Felix Santiago created his product and recipe since the 1950’s and has continued to grow and involve his family as the business has grown. He has low volume, non DOB varietals under the Don Felix brand which are high alcohol volume and which he sells locally.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Bright mezcal, crystalline and polished pearl

Nose: With notes of nutmeg and minerals.

Palate: soft mineral notes and aftertaste of melon.
