Experience a vibrant taste of paradise with Cardhu 2022 Special Release 16 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky - a lush, tropically sweet spirit with rum cask-rounded flavors and peppery wood spice. This whisky is matured in refill and re-charred American Oak then finished in Jamaican Pot Still Rum-seasoned casks. The first impression on the nose exudes a fresh, sweet fruitiness of lemon zest and white grape enhanced by notes of pink grapefruit and ripe mango. Featuring a sweet flavor that tingles on the tongue, this light to medium-bodied spirit has a creamy-smooth and full texture. A fruity and malty sweetness suggests the flavor of homemade rum toffee and exotic hints of spiced pineapple and green banana, followed by spicy and drying, bracingly crisp, clean oak.
