The terroirs around Mont Tauch highlight local grape varieties with remarkable consistency. As evidenced by this garnet cuvée with purple nuances which recalls the scrubland surrounding the vines, thyme and rosemary. After aeration, notes of black fruits join the palette. The palate expresses all the complexity of the terroir: fruit, spices, fine oak, lots of depth and good length accompanying quality tannins.
