Deep garnet color. The nose is full of lavender, rosemary, thyme, & black pepper. The palate is juicy, rich yet elegant and with good cut. Present but supple tannins, with a beautiful elegance.

Blend: Carignane 65%, Grenache 15%, Syrah 15%, Mourvedre 5%.

Drink this wine alongside soft cheese, prime rib, lamb chops with herbs.
