Primavera, meaning spring, is a limited annual release from Entremanos crafted to honor the influence of the season and explore how different fermentation conditions shape the character of agave. The 2026 vintage was crafted from mature agaves divided into two separate, extended fermentations—one in in stainless steel tanks and the other in charred 500-liter French oak barrels which act as living fermentation vessels that subtly affect oxygen exposure, microbial activity, and aromatic development. Each fermentation was distilled separately to different strengths, and then they were blended and slowly proofed down before bottling, resulting in an astounding and profound expression of seasonal terroir.
