The blend consists of 7% 10-year, 51% 15-year, 23% 20-year, and 19% over-21-year whisky. Its cask composition includes 40% new American oak, 34% white Pineau des Charentes, 15% Oloroso, and 11% ex-bourbon. With a grain composition of 87% corn, 12% rye, and 1% barley, this Private Peak showcases Found North’s approach to blending aged Canadian whisky in a selection created specifically for Remedy Liquor.
