Colour: Intense chestnut.

Nose: Toasted orange peel and heather honey, with bursts of dark chocolate, maraschino cherries and black velvet cake.

Taste: Honeycomb, lemon drizzle and cocoa buttercream, followed by cherries and caramel shortbread, with baking spices on the finish.
