The Humano Texas Edition brings together the artisanal craftsmanship of Jalisco with the distinct heritage of Texas. After helping launch Still Austin Whiskey Co in 2017, Humano co-founder Luis Abundis has reunited with Chris Seals to collaborate on a limited-edition reposado. Fully aged for six months in select Still Austin bourbon barrels, this expression offers a sophisticated profile where vibrant agave integrates seamlessly with notes of white oak, vanilla, and toasted caramel. Beyond a traditional brand collaboration, this release represents a meaningful homecoming for both founders.

This distinctive reposado reveals warm notes of cooked agave, ripe apple, vanilla, toasted oak, caramel, and baking spice. Silky and balanced, it carries a subtle whiskey warmth and a refined, lingering finish.
