
100% Blue Weber, harvested at a minimum age of 5 years, from both the lowlands and highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Butterscotch, vanilla, sweet agave, lemon/lime, light citrus, lemon peel, spearmint, bell pepper, bright vegetal, fresh cut grass, white pepper, earth, and a hint of brine. Unique cooking method is to combine the old traditional way of cooking agaves in brick ovens and our stainless steel autoclaves for 32-36 hours. Butterscotch, powdered sugar, whipped cream, vanilla, grilled pineapple, Meyer lemon, full agave, vegetal, fresh grass, coffee grinds, earth, tobacco leaf, creamy, and a silky mouthfeel.
