The 2023 Knight’s Crest Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon showcases inviting aromas of blackberry, black currant, dark cherry, and plum, followed by hints of cedar, cocoa, and baking spice. This wine offers beautiful depth and richness, contributing notes of blueberry and dark chocolate. On the palate, concentrated dark fruit flavors are framed by supple tannins, balanced acidity, and a long smooth finish. Blackberry, black currant, and ripe plum are complemented by layers of mocha, vanilla, and toasted oak.
