These Godello grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and fermented on the skins for 4-5 months in 400L tinajas before racking to steel tank for clarification. The finished wine is bottled without fining, filtration or added SO2. This is a textured vino naranja offering citrus, baked apple, chamomile, sea salt, and deep mineral tones. Pair it with anything from the sea, as well as grilled or roasted vegetables, pork and poultry.
