You can’t rush perfection, which is why this uncut and unfiltered whiskey is aged 10 years. The nose is woody, warm, and sweet with spicy apple, dark fruit, and cinnamon. The tasting notes open with a pepper rye spice that mellows out through a cinnamon sweetness and char.
