Tasting Notes: A delightful combination of bright natural flavors. Fresh strawberries, raspberries, talc, savory herbs and violets are carefully framed around delicate notes of cream. The result is a crisp acidity and silky mousse that caress the pallet with a long luxurious finish.

Pairs superbly with rich fish and seafood as well as desserts.

A traditional blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir (9.65 g/l of residual sugar).  Minimum 3 years on the lees. No malo-lactic fermentation as the natural and traditional method is used to develop the bubbles.
