Created to honor the 152nd Open Championship at Royal Troon, the Loch Lomond Open Course Collection 24-Year Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a rare masterpiece, with just 4,500 bottles available worldwide. Distilled in the year 2000 using both Loch Lomond’s distinctive Straight Neck pot stills and traditional Swan Neck stills, this whisky reflects the distillery's unparalleled expertise and innovation. It matures gracefully in American oak barrels before being finished in the finest Manzanilla sherry butts from Jerez, resulting in a whisky that balances heritage and complexity. The Manzanilla finish enriches Loch Lomond’s signature style with a nutty, salted caramel depth, while layers of baked apple, lime, and nutmeg complement notes of honey and soft smoke, making this single malt a triumph of flavor and craftsmanship.
