O.K.I Reserve Straight Bourbon is MGP sourced whiskey that was re-launched as a brand in 2020 by Jake Warm and Chad Brizendine. Batch 1 of O.K.I Reserve was released in June 2022 and blends 5 distinctly aged MGP mash bills, namely; Low Rye bourbon aged 8 - 10 years composed of 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley/High Rye bourbon aged 3 & 8 years comprised of 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley/9 year old Rye whiskey composed of 95% rye, 5% malted barley/9 year old Corn whiskey composed of 81% corn, 15% rye, 4% malted barley/ and finally 10 year old Light whiskey composed of 99% corn, 1% malted barley. Finished to 100 proof, O.K.I (Batch 1) Reserve Straight Bourbon is a complex quaff full of pops of sweetness and a decadently long finish.
