Old Hoffman returns as a tribute to the historic Hoffman Distillery, founded in 1889 in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky — the very site where our story began. This double oaked Kentucky Straight Bourbon embodies the rich heritage and craftsmanship of one of Kentucky’s most storied distilleries.

Nose: Butterscotch pull apart bread leads, then charred oak, and Luxardo cherries, deep and rich. Vanilla, salted caramel ice cream, warm whole grain toast, and a hint of demerara syrup also show up. It’s sweet, though not cloying.

Palate: It’s a pastry shop in glass. It’s light for something this rich. Cherry syrup hits first, then Werther’s Originals candies. Barrel spice comes in next, followed by brown butter cookies fresh from the oven. Sticky toffee pudding, and the unmistakable hint of a Cinnabon.

Finish: Butterscotch syrup, cinnamon sugar, and Cherry Fruit Roll-Ups.
