Hidden among the rolling hills of wheat and wine country in southeastern Washington is the small town of Waitsburg, settled in 1865. Old-timers, newcomers and everyone in between populate this tiny gem. They've woven together the character and traditions of the town with new ideas and new neighbors to create a truly special place.

In true Waitsburg style, they've created their own unique spirit that combines the best of two OOLA flagship products. OOLA Gin in finished in their freshly emptied Waitsburg Bourbon Whiskey barrels to yeld a complex yet delicate spirit. The natural sweetness of Washington grains, rich Bourbon notes, and 13 gin botanicals are transformed by the oak, leaving hints of maple sugar, honey, juniper, citrus and spice.

And so, a toast: here's to small towns and big dreams, to traditions old and new. And most of all, here's to being above ground and lucky enough to enjoy it.
