This gorgeous 95pt scoring Cabernet comes from an estate in Saint Helena and it is farmed organically with no pesticides but the name itself is actually kept under wraps. The wine was aged 18 months in French oak with about 50% of the barrels new and the attention to detail in this wine is fantastic!
