Saxum Broken Stones Paso Robles Red Rhone Blend is primarily dominated by Syrah. However, this year marks the inclusion of newly planted Syrah from the Santa Lucia Mountains, comprising only about 11% of the blend. Nevertheless, it adds a delightful touch of black pepper spice to the overall flavor profile. The majority of the blend is sourced from the renowned James Berry Vineyard, complemented by a touch of G2, Heart Stone, and a hint of Dusi. This wine is truly exceptional, boasting a rich texture, enticing aromas of black fruits and spices, and the signature brightness derived from the limestone soils. Not to mention, the finish is remarkably long-lasting. This wine is sure to please even the most discerning palate."
