This is an off-dry wine sourced from the estate vineyards. Hand harvested and softly crushed, a small portion is fermented in oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel. The wine then ages on the lees for 5 months. It shows pronounced notes of white flowers, lemon peel, lime zest, bartlet pears and white peach. Feinherb is an unregulated designation for a wine slightly sweeter than halbtrocken.
