Volans Seven Year Extra Anejo embodies our dedication to the art of traditionally made tequila and a deep respect for both the land and the agave. This limited edition was handcrafted using mature agaves from the highlands of Jalisco, aged in select American white oak bourbon barrels filled, then finished for an additional year in French oak. After aging, the final blend was stabilized in stainless steel tanks for nearly six months and bottled. 
This expression reveals layers of complexity and robust character, delivering a refined and truly authentic tasting experience. With only 1,234 bottles produced, this release is ideal for collectors and connoisseurs looking for a standout bottle to showcase on the backbaróor to enjoy as a benchmark of what an Extra Anejo can truly be.
