Siren Song is named after the mythological creatures who lured sailors to their doom with their enchanting songs, and this whiskey certainly lives up to its name. It is made from 100% rye grain, which is mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged on-site at the WhistlePig farm distillery. The rye is aged for 17 years in American oak barrels, and then finished for an additional year in rare South American Teakwood barrels.

The resulting whiskey is a beautiful deep amber color, with an aroma that is both sweet and spicy. The nose offers notes of vanilla, caramel, and maple syrup, as well as cinnamon, clove, and black pepper. On the palate, Siren Song is rich and complex, with flavors of toffee, dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and a hint of smoke.
