Aged in first fill Bourbon casks and finished with real apple wood staves, which deliver a bold flavor balanced with genuine, bright apple notes and subtle sweetness. As always, proofed with limestone water from the legendary Rosendale Mines of NY and non-chill filtered. Aromas of apple cider donut and a taste profile of bittersweet smoke and anise. A finish of crisp apple and demerara sugar. Awarded GOLD by the 2021 San Francisco Wine & Spirits Competition.
