I want to know a specific batch number that isn’t stated, how can I figure it out?

Batch numbers are always changing and we try our best to keep our products as up-to-date as possible. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@remedyliquor.com

How does engraving work?

We engrave on glass bottles and boxes. Unfortunately, we cannot engrave on ceramic bottles. Here are some examples of engraved bottles

How do I know when products are back in stock?

You can sign up for restocking notifications by entering your email address and we will notify you immediately when the product is back in stock.

Shipping FAQs:

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Orders take about 1-3 BUSINESS days after being placed for processing then orders are shipped out from our warehouse. Engraving orders take an extra business day to process. Please note that we cannot guarantee any delivery date or time frame. Once the order leaves our warehouse we are not liable for any delays or delivery dates.

What are the shipping rates?

All shipping rates are determined by carriers and calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

If your order is damaged and or you believe you received a wrong order/product, please take pictures and email us at info@remedyliquor.com.

Why hasn’t my order been shipped yet?

Please give us 1-3 business days for processing your order. Please note that engraving orders may take a bit longer than regular orders. If your order has not been shipped by then please contact us at info@remedyliquor.com.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we offer international shipping, but please note that it is the consumer's responsibility to find out the rules and regulations of the recipient's country. Additional customs fee may apply based on the country being shipped to.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

If you would like to modify your order please contact us as soon as possible because once your order is shipped we cannot modify it.

What does the “Package Protection” do?

We offer Package Protection to customers to protect their orders from any theft, loss or damage. Please note that this does not apply to damage to the box and only to the contents of the bottle. For additional information please email us at info@remedyliquor.com.

What does “Packaging may vary” mean?

We do try our best to keep pictures as updated as possible, but due to various factors in the industry, including branding updates and production changes by manufacturers, you may occasionally receive a product with different packaging or labeling than what is pictured on our website.

Do I have to be home when the package is being delivered?

Someone over the age of 21 does have to be available during the time of delivery. We cannot guarantee any time of delivery and are not responsible for any delays or timeframe after the order has left our warehouse. Please contact the carrier for any questions or concerns with this.

Do you accept returns?

No, we do not accept returns. We understand that sometimes, circumstances may require a return, however, we are committed to delivering only brand-new, unopened, and unused products to our customers. Accepting returns would mean we could potentially send used or opened bottles to other customers, which is against our quality standards and consumer protection policy.
